(Non)Guilt

o
ooo
oooooooo

A Cantheist has no need for guilt.

Remove guilt from your emotional pie. Nature allows no true redo. Guilt is lingering desire for redo. If there is no desire to relive (and thereby choose differently the decisions/ actions of a past event) then one simply has no guilt.

Instead, we change by choices of now.

Pillar of Strength

Maintain Personal Convictions of Truth

o
o
oo
o
o

Everything starts with one.

o
o

Any personal belief can be welcoming or off putting in the eyes of others.

First focus inward. Within our being we have that which we do not believe, and that which we do believe. We must always learn. In the case that my beliefs are not that of my neighbors - my responsibility is to be true to myself. Compassion enables us to understand someone else's views or beliefs. It does not charge for change in personal belief.

Stay true. When treating yourself with the highest respect you can't help but being respecting of others.

Be the pillar of strength you want to see in others. Live on the path of the higher power and gradual lasting strength builds character and empowers the soul.

Non-Violence

o
o

As clear the line between good and evil

- seemingly easy in philosophy, however,

most difficult in life.

o
o

A Cantheist creates no victim. A Cantheist is above the irrationality of violence.

o
o

A Cantheist by nature is a freedom fighter due to society's eternal struggle with a true solution to a problem. When faced with the most dynamic, safe, and effective cure all or panacea, no matter the truth - it will face undue scrutiny, and not constructive in general nature. Perseverance is called to all Cantheists as our struggle may never end (life is struggle), but to help with coming to terms we have our faith, sacrament, life, and love to convince us to stick around for a bit longer.

o
o

Every day

we can be better

at something

- anything.

All we need

is focused attention.

o
o

Understanding is something each of us does individually and uniquely, yet, somehow all exactly the same. Being open to to new ideas and ways of thinking is a subtle specialty of Cantheist.

o

We each need to find our individual genius.

Thinking Like Ancestors

o
o
oo

Learn.

ooooo

Every time these words are read we are always further from our ancestors. Our modern world of instant globally linked countries seems far from what our ancestors lived a couple hundred to thousands of years ago. As distant as our lives may seem from those of the past, we are linked.

Our ancestors found the healing and mystic powers of Cannabis as well as its many industrial uses. We as Cantheists are privileged recipients of sacred ancestral knowledge.

o
o
oo
o
o

Trance is a state of mind and focus where we as humans are capable of learning rapidly while relaxed. This experience can be vivid and profound. An afterglow of joy typically follows a period of trance.

Notice the distinction between a typical daily prayer/ meditation session and that which is the escalated intensity of a trance prayer/ meditation. A slight sensation of never wanting to leave is typical. These are glimpses into eternal peace and joy. If we can experience this, so did our ancestors and so shall our offspring.

o
o
oo
o
o

Those who have never experienced trance: Try this
  1. While sitting erect/standing - Vape/Smoke exorbitant amount of sacrament
  2. Breathe fully through the nose - eyes closed - focus eyes between the eyebrows
  3. Allow the sacrament to absorb into all parts of the body as it quickly spreads
This should be the beginning of the momentary trance.

Hold on to this by breathing smoothly
without stopping in or out.

Details:
oooooooooooooo

Building up to the point where trance state is within reach may take 15 minutes. Once a stable base is built one can tiptoe with the trance by carefully administering sacrament to meet one's needs. Care must be taken during peeks into trance as the state is not always within grasp. The spirit tires after 20 - 30 minutes going in and out between states of trance and lower consciousness.

While flirting between states of consciousness do not forget to allow the joy of the experience to become overwhelming. This is unique and positive in the human life. Learn from this that noticing happiness breeds happiness. We can always make ourselves happy as it is an important part of our survival. Everyday we survive to live as did our ancestors. Like they, we take time to honor every day the sun rises and sets. We are as primal as they. Only sacrament is needed to connect us to our ancestry and our higher power.

Cantheists are capable of understanding consciousness and its many forms due to the consciousness gifts we are given by sacrament. We may not have written data to tell us what is happening, but we understand it nonetheless. Some things may never be explained, while at the same time a complete understanding is possible and true.

I want to help everyone understand better the experiences they have already
been through as well as new levels which are very beneficial to have experienced.

Together we form a well informed community toward
our beliefs and
our impact on the world around us.

Simple: Just Do What I Do

o
o
oo
ooo

Details help clarify. Brief is better.

ooo
oo
o
o

When you/ I: vape, smoke, eat, or in any way ingest Cannabis -

  1. - Notice your breathing
  2. - Close your eyes and notice how you feel
  3. - Slowly change posture allowing the breath to be full and unobstructed

When full alignment is reached - the awareness slips
into the realm and presence of the higher power.

This is called praying, worshipping, meditating, connecting, or whatever you decide.
The type of focus makes this determination.

Action and Non-Action

o
o
oo
ooo

Sometimes we do by acting.
Sometimes we do by not acting.

ooo
oo
o
o

After much time is put toward floating in the ether (provided by sacrament) - much can be learned from short stints in absence of sacrament.

Planning periods of sacrament absence teaches perspective and healthy outlook toward one's own life. Noted periods range from 1 day to 3 weeks and from 1 to 4 times a year.

I break as follows:

  • - 1 day break every 3 weeks
  • - 1 week break every 6 months
  • - 3 weeks break every 4 years

None of this is required of Cantheists. Break periods are suggested as they provide benefit by teaching value. It is a sign of one's faith when choosing a period of suffering in order to strengthen one's own faith. This is a pilgrimage of absence, where a cannabinge is a pilgrimage of access.

Personal Freedom

Cantheist belief:
Not one method of ingestion harms more than helps.

Those who live in this world with the most freedom, live in the United States of America. We of this world Earth are bound not by laws of word but by laws of nature. Whether in the United States or covered by the United Nations the people of this planet are set to live by the law of the higher power. The laws of word are for those who stray from the laws of the higher power.

The only way to know freedom is to live free.

We Cantheists take as a responsibility our right to a culture of Cannabis. If one rule is followed as:

- one creates no victim

then thereafter we are held to limited boundaries. Time and place as a setting leaves discretion up to the channeling spirit and the higher power. A Cantheist in connection with the higher power through use of the sacrament Cannabis experiences something holy and sacred.

This I hold dearly in my beliefs as the most beneficial plant to the human race.

Sacrament Vs. Non-Sacrament

When is sacrament not sacrament?

Ever heard the joke: When is a door not a door? A: When it is ajar.

If Cannabis is my sacrament, is it ever not my sacrament?

What we have is a perception game - perspective. It comes down to attitude and approach. If in mind Cannabis is always sacrament, it will always remain sacrament.

Cannabis is many things. It heals the sick, lifts spirits, provides nutrition - all is true. However, if in every instance my intention is first to respect my sacrament - the outcome is always that I have respected my sacrament.
Recreation gets a negative connotation as if unnecessary. Truthfully recreation is restoring health and spirits. I say Cannabis rivals water, oxygen, and exercise in importance of restoring health and spirits. If I am first respecting my sacrament, then recreational misuse is impossible.
[Remember this distinction.]

With this in mind, the discussion of "use in moderation" is useless. By respecting sacrament which results in preventing misuse, talk of moderation in purpose is to please others.

A Cantheist needs not to please others in this manner.

Ritual Respect

A Cantheist may set aside certain parameters for sacrament ritual.

Ingestion method, prayer, strain type, etc. are all potential ritualistic elements. Try starting with an altar.

Once a simple meaningful altar of your choice and liking is setup - use it! An altar is simply your way of setting aside a place for your ritual sacramental ceremony. The purpose is setting, vibe, or aire. This determines the energy of your surroundings. Simple balance permeates to your own energy output. Such balance also commutates once a part of your energy makeup. In essence when you are in balance your surroundings mimic that balance.

Ritual is an important and simple element with religious sacrament. Accept the full benefit of sacrament by respecting the sacrament. Respect the herb. Respect your time with the herb. Respect the higher power (that with the ability to lift spirits). Respect yourself and others.

The Golden Rule:
Treat others as you wish to be treated
-or-
You get back what you put out.

Start by treating yourself with respect. Hold that same respect with others.

Life Without Remorse

Remorse is regret is guilt. Live without remorse. Learn.

To live with remorse is to allow unpleasant past experiences to live again, on and on. Relieve yourself from living as a victim - to yourself or any one else. It is a waste to live without learning. With remorse one does not learn the way of nature. Change is constant in nature. Without change there is no progress, so by removing remorse you choose to progress. This is one more stepping stone toward happiness. A Cantheist does not ignore change.

Removing specific emotions from your daily emotional basket leaves more room for others.

- Make choices
- Take control
- Always be responsible

Allow life to get better all the time.

Walking Meditation

Enhance the experience of living and being a Cantheist. Walking meditation is an effective form of yoga and meditation giving way to noticeable beneficial changes in clearing energy. Administer sacrament in your form of choice before meditation. When you feel connected and ready:

1. Walk slowly, almost carefully - 10 steps and turn
2. Notice each step - say "stepping" for each step with each foot
3. On the turn step, say "turning"

(Keep your eyes gazing anywhere from a meter ahead of you on the ground up to the horizon. This focus should be light and steady - do not strain your eyes)

This meditation is best practiced outdoors in nature.
Be sure to breathe gently through the nose.
Relax with each turn.
Let go.
Balance.
Stand straight.
Allow yourself to be pulled along.
Refrain from pushing, this confuses and clouds the mind.

Smoking Prayer Breathing

o
o

Smoke in as out.

o
o

Listed below is a technique to fully embrace all that is given and received with each breath involved in smoking. The most common and direct method of smoking Cannabis in a wrapped roll allows for careful attention to the smoke intake mixture with clean air.

This method when properly followed results in consistent attentiveness - which brings about the spiritual element in the ritual of smoking.

o
o

Smoke - each breath see ocean waves and the tide synced to the moon - many waves per tide.
Each breath brings growing cycles - 6 circles (waves) for every major energy point (tide).

The Babble: Spelled Out "Rules" or Guidelines

(We'll try and make this confusing)

1. First half (1, 2, 3, and part of 4) of the energy points (chakras)are for with a vessel, second half (top half) breath only clean air through the nose (or mainly the nose as a beginner).

2. Each breath with partners a breath without. 1 with and 1 without (smoke).

3. Breath in - clean air in nose; breath out - gentle air through nose.

[Similar patterns includes 2/2, 1/2, 2/1]

With energy points
we use chakras 1-7
to give reference
of where on the
body you focus
your attention.

With your right finger,
actually point to each energy point (chakra)
and count to 6 at each point.

Full breath in (20 - 25 seconds); full breath out (15 - 20 seconds):

Root - 6 spinning circles, counting each circle
Sacral - stack a row of 6 spinning on top
Solar Plexus - start to see 3 rows of 6
Heart - evenly counting 6 at each point
Throat - relaxing throat muscles
Third Eye - finger on forehead feel an opening heat
Crown - snowcap sensation pulling gently upward

Stacks:

000000
000000
000000I000000
000000I000000I000000

Over time, build from 1 cycle of 6 to stacking [in 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 2, 3, out 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 2, 3]. This adds as high as one can focus (5, 8, 13, 21, 34 and so on).

o
o
oo
ooo

In the beginning, you may find (with this style of counting and focusing at each point) that you are full of air by the 3rd or 4th point with little room left for the throat, 3rd eye, and crown to add. Continue with posture that allows even breath from bottom to top. This develops flow. Notice all circles within each breath - each point builds on the previous point; each breath builds on top of the previous breath.

...As similar to a record being played backwards -

visually.

Fast in the middle,
Slow at the edge.
-

(Starting meditation you move much to get into place and over time you move less as you are already in place for proper breathing. This fast progress followed by slowing progress is also seen in the focus gained during the counting process, as you move closer to stillness in body and mind. Over time you learn to think without numbers while maintaining qualities of supporting a pyramid of breaths.)

o
o

First breaths unwind the body quickly into posture.
Soon only little changes with each breath.

Stillness.

This is meditation.

o
o
oo

The passing of a vessel from one Cantheist to another
brings about easy balance with breathing and reflection.
Allowing a moment of stillness
between smoking breaths
is communal prayer.

Whether silent or speaking: the space between smoking breaths is prayer.

Chinese Meditation Balls

Using meditation balls teaches flow and fluidity. Exist with your neighbors without causing, or reciprocating friction. Consistency over time teaches stamina.

Breathing properly tunes the body like a pitchfork; deepening focus.

At all times we must consider ourselves Cantheists. Honoring our ancestors and their astonishing wisdom, we cherish and with due respect accept our responsibility of protecting this plant (Cannabis) and its incarnation and existence in all forms possible. Use of this plant must in every instance show respect for balance the plant creates and maintains.

Cantheist Smoke Spiritual

We live where we keep our head. Fill your head with acceptance and joy and that is what you encounter. Fill your head with hate and guilt and that is what you encounter.

With the smoke, we encounter the breath. Careful attention to the breath fills us with spirit.

- Slow
- Smooth
- Full

With every breath we encounter the higher power. We both receive and give aid - this results in spiritual balance.

Emotions Meditation

An easy loss of control comes from emotions. We allow unfriendly emotions to exist thereby taking place of other emotions. Reverse this replacing negative emotion with positive emotion.

Every emotion deserves one meditation.

1. First understand any emotion can exist in ratio relative to any other. Any

2. Second understand any emotion can replace any other emotion.

3. Third understand every emotion creates a unique time and space relative to the emotion. A unique dimension.

Atheist Explained

I am Atheist. A collective conscious exists alongside a collective unconscious. No separation exists which results in the absence of a deity.

Cantheism includes beliefs of many type. It is an inclusive belief, not an exclusive belief.

Cantheist, Taoist, Atheist

I am a spiritual being. I believe my spirit - or spiritual energy - will never die. While in the realm of my human being I am devoted to at all times cultivate, share, and in any way enhance the existence and growth of my spirit. Any deviation or disintegration of these beliefs and/ or practices by result of others dislike, misunderstanding, or malicious intent is considered FORCED APOSTASY.

ALL.IS.ONE.
